Apply and pay online with Pay Pal - Landowners and Gratuitous Members can still apply for free here.
Regular Members can apply on line and work out a way to pay the club - say you want to just pick it up but applying online will expedite the process.
For a copy of our By-Laws Click Here -> By-Laws Like any incorporated organization we are governed by a Board of Directors who follow a set of rules called By-Laws.

Use of our online forms will NOT get you a voucher online - we will send the vouchers with the membership packet via US mail, our turn around time is 2 days or less plus mail time! If you want to be able to get a voucher faster please go to the NYSSA web site at the following link -> NYSSA, Once you join there we will receive within about a week (sometimes two) notice of your joining and we will then send you the rest of the membership packet.

On our forms we have a check box that asks if you want to be Exempt from the NYSSA PAC (Political Action Committee) if you check this box $.50 per membership WILL NOT be taken from your NYSSA Membership otherwise $.50 will be taken from each membership.

Regular Membership Section

The Mexico Trail Riders membership is $25.00 per year; with $20 going to the club and $5 to the NYSSA for their basic membership.
This is for an individual or family; this includes you, your spouse (married or not) and all children under 18.
You may also select to upgrade the NYSSA membership to the Trail Defender level, by selecting this you are doing this in lieu of the basic NYSSA membership, the additional cost is $20.
If you have already joined NYSSA through another club you can claim exempt for a total cost of $20.00, this will need to be done in person at a regular meeting.
MTR memberships includes: state registration voucher, decal and a min of 4 issues of Trail Notes, the MTR newsletter.
For the DMV voucher we need the EXACT names and address as it appears on ALL registrations.
We have provided spaces for eight names, Member, Spouse (married or not) and up to six children, if there are any additional names required please include them on a separate piece of paper or on the back.
Addresses must all be the same, which is what defines a family in the eyes of the voucher.
We have provided for a separate mailing and voucher address if needed, if not leave voucher address blank.
We only need all last names if different from member.

Landowner Membership Section

Membership Is Free To Landowners and certain members who make substantial contributions to our club.
You can use the pay online form and it will still be free provided you do not request a premium NYSSA membership.
This information is required only to issue sticker and mail newsletters.
